1. About NUR POS
NUR POS is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and
business management system designed primarily for
small businesses, mini markets, retail shops and
similar businesses.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information
when registering for NUR POS.
You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality and security of your account
credentials and for all activities performed
through your account.
3. Subscription Plans
NUR POS is provided on a subscription basis.
Features, limits and available services depend
on the subscription plan selected.
NUR POS reserves the right to introduce new plans,
modify existing plans, or change available
features from time to time.
4. Payment
Subscription fees must be paid using the payment
methods made available by NUR POS or its payment
service providers.
If a payment fails, NUR POS may restrict access
to paid features or suspend the account until
payment is successfully completed.
5. Free Trial
If a free trial is provided, the duration and
available features will be stated at the time
of registration.
NUR POS reserves the right to modify or discontinue
free trial offers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to
the cancellation options provided by NUR POS.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take
effect at the end of the current paid subscription
period.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable
once a billing period has started, except where
required by applicable law or approved by NUR POS.
8. Business Data
You retain ownership of the business information
and data that you enter into NUR POS.
This may include product information, sales
transactions, customer information, supplier
information, stock information and business reports.
9. Personal Data
NUR POS may process personal information provided
by you or generated through your use of the Service.
NUR POS will take reasonable measures to protect
personal data against unauthorized access, misuse,
loss, alteration or disclosure.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with
applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
10. System Availability
NUR POS aims to provide reliable and continuous
service but does not guarantee that the Service
will always be available or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of
maintenance, server problems, network failures,
third-party services, cybersecurity incidents or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use NUR POS to:
- Commit or facilitate illegal activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Interfere with the security or operation of NUR POS.
- Copy, reverse engineer or reproduce the software.
- Resell or redistribute NUR POS without permission.
- Use another person's account without authorization.
12. Account Users
If your subscription allows multiple users, you are
responsible for managing those users and ensuring
that they comply with these Terms & Conditions.
13. Software Ownership
NUR POS, including its software, design, source code,
trademarks, logos, documentation and related
intellectual property, remains the property of
NUR POS or its respective licensors.
Your subscription provides you with a limited,
non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use
NUR POS during your active subscription.
14. Third-Party Services
NUR POS may use or integrate with third-party
services such as payment gateways, hosting providers,
email services and other external services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and
privacy policies.
15. Business Responsibility
NUR POS is a software tool and does not provide
accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your business
operations and records comply with applicable laws
and regulations.
16. Suspension or Termination
NUR POS may suspend or terminate an account if:
- Payment remains unpaid.
- The user violates these Terms.
- The account is used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- The account creates a security risk.
- The user attempts to compromise the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
NUR POS will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, special or consequential losses arising
from the use of the Service.
18. Changes to These Terms
NUR POS may update these Terms & Conditions from
time to time. The latest version will be made
available through the NUR POS website or application.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
20. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to NUR POS,
making payment, or using the NUR POS Service,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood
and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions,
please do not register for or use NUR POS.
